Does this application require a detention maintenance agreement separate from that needed for the subdivision final plat? If so, please make sure you are using the correct template for owner/metro district (I assume the Metro District will maintain the detention pond/bmps). 1. Zaragozan Trail street name has been eliminated. Oscuro Trail runs from the point of Curtis Road east into the development running east to south. From the north of this project is street name Truchas Trail to Curtis Road. The address that has been assigned to the Saddlehorn Water Systems- treatment facility building is 14821 Oscuro Trail and the water tank is addressed as 14825 Oscuro Trail. 2.
