No further comments on Service plan. It should be noted that the applicant did not address the Parks Master Plan nor the Transportation Corridors Plan, in the Letter of intent. The applicant did address the new Your EPC MP. Staff will move forward with scheduling the item for hearing. Staff will summarize and address the missing elements in the staff report on behalf of the applicant. Letter of Intent review 1 comments are being reuploaded so applicants can address. Special District Policies require analysis with criteria and Master Plans. Also- it is very unclear through out service plan what is currently approved in 2006, prior to the current special district policies, and what is proposed and why. I think your reducing the size of the district from 288 acres plus to smaller district of 168 acres thus eliminating any commercial properties within District. Please clarify in letter of intent, servicer plan, and in the exhibits which should clearly address the special district policies.
