A request to allow large pad user Kum and Go to have an additional independent free standing sign. (ii)Area of Freestanding Signs.1.General Standards. • Commercial Lot or Parcel Less than 8 Acres in Area: Where the commercial lot or parcel is less than 8 acres in total area, the maximum area of each sign shall be 40 square feet.

1. Sign application are typically submitted to El Paso County Development Service and then routed to Enumerations for addressing to each sign. Looks as though this process has changed a bit. I would assign the addresses to the sign or signs now, but the signs are not identified as particular sign or signs. The application will need to be submitted for a plan review with RBD so that Enumerations can assign the addresses and sign off on each sign. Mountain View Electrical will also be notified of the address or addresses assigned.
