Mountain View Electric Association (MVEA) has existing facilities within this parcel of land. MVEA requests that all existing easements are included in the plat. The Association will serve this area according to our extension policy. Information concerning connection requirements, fees, and upgrades under the Association’s line extension policy can be obtained by contacting the Association’s Engineering Department. MVEA also requests all open space, drainage, and landscape tracts designed in this subdivision be listed to include utility easements, along with a twenty (20) foot boundary utility easement on plat. Additional easements may be required once a review of civil drawings with grading and erosion plan is provided to MVEA in order to serve. |

1. When submitting a copy of this plan to Enumerations for addressing, we will need each secondary structure location such as, garages, carports, trash enclosures, (over 7’ in height), maintenance garages, mail kiosk, clubhouses etc to be highlighted/clouded. We need some kind of locator showing secondary structures as these structures will require a separate address and permit issued. 2. Is the mail kiosk in the clubhouse? Please clarify, also it appears there are two other buildings in the vicinity of the clubhouse, northwest side of site. Please show what the buildings are on the site plan, office and ?? 3. When submitting the plans for review/permit issuance, the site plan will need to show the addressing for all buildings, with the buildings included in the submittal highlighted/clouded. 4. Secondary addressing; the floor plan for building type B and C are missing two unit numbers on second floor (206 and 208) 5. 3-Internal street names will be required for this type of development. Please have the street names approved by 911 Authority – El Paso/Teller County Street naming department, when resubmitting show the approved street names on the site plan. Once approved by E911, Enumerations will also need an approved street name list emailed to us beckya@pprbd.org STANDARD DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMENTS: 1. For assignment of addressing for lots and tracts, place addressing marker (xxx) where they are intended to be utilized. Lot marker placement to be front door. 2. Provide a 100 scale copy or larger of the entire APPROVED development to this department so that addressing can be assigned. Once received, the DP will be placed on a list to be addressed.
