1. It appears the vicinity map still shows lot numbering (southeast of the lake on Willow Park Way) which does not follow any records we have for this area. Are these numbers for the submitters reference? Please email me with clarification, Becky Allen, beckya@pprbd.org.
2. Comments regarding the existing pump station have been clarified via emails with Richard Hood, project manager with JVA, Incorporated. It appears there is no existing above ground structure associated with this project.

1. The intent letter is unclear, where is the existing pump station? What address is the existing pump station built under? There is no address assigned for the existing pump station which is, according to the intent letter, adjacent from the proposed pump house on the Lake Woodmoor property. We do show a cancelled plan under at 1610 Lake Woodmoor Drive (C36465); however, there is a permit under 1610 Lake Woodmoor Drive for electrical only E63734.
2. Provide a site plan showing the existing pump station with the tax schedule number. The El Paso County Assessors database does not show record of any existing structures.
3. Vicinity map shows numbering on the lots in the area which are confusing, are these numbers for the submitters reference? Please clarify.
4. Since the adjacent parcel is a tract, the proposed address of 1592 Lake Woodmoor Drive cannot be used, please use 1596 Lake Woodmoor Drive.
5. There is a plan submitted for this project (C144279) and the address has been changed by this department to 1596 Lake Woodmoor Drive.
