Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Springs East Airport Filing No. 1A, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The address shown in the “as-replatted” section reads as 3060 #22A. The presence of the A would indicate that there is a B as well, which there isn’t. The applicant can use #22 or #23, whichever, but it shouldn’t have a letter associated with it.
2. Each of the buildings proposed for this parcel need to have a building number associated with it. Building 1, Building 2, Building 3. Any building plans submitted for permit need to show the building number.
3. Standard final plat comments apply. No Enumerations fee will be due since the address is existing.
