Upload the state receipt/response once it's available. Comments are resolved on the following documents: - Letter of Intent - Lighting Plans NOTE: - The 2022 Financial Assurance Estimate (FAE) Form is available for download at https://planningdevelopment.elpasoco.com/planning-development-forms/#1584029763943-19bc4c03-3586. The FAE will need to be updated to the 2023 FAE form if final approval of the application occurs after January 1, 2023. The 2023 FAE should be available by mid December. The admin building address is 9686 Flagstone Street. 2. Trash enclosure is under 7’ in height and will not require a separate address and permit. 3. Please email Becky Allen (beckya@pprbd.org) clarifying if the existing fence (9676 Flagstone Street) will remain. If over 7’ in height a separate address will need to be assigned and permit issued. 3.
