This does not address my comment. At 2400 sq/ft there needs to be 24 parking spaces and the site plan still shows 21. Further, when you resubmit, please only include the site plan and not a site plan with a letter attached or with my comments on it. 9/1/2021 12:52:47 PM

-The site plan you uploaded is an email with a screen shot of the site plan split up on multiple pages and it's illegible. I need a legible PDF of the site plan, not an email with a screen shot of the site plan
-The vicinity map you uploaded does not show two crossing streets directly adjacent to the subject property and is blurry when zoomed in. Provide a vicinity map that shows the two crossing streets directly adjacent to the subject property.
