PCD-Engineering has the following comments: Traffic/Transportation: 1. The traffic study submitted with the initial zoning application anticipates significant site traffic utilizing Link Road to the south, that would then use Kane and R.E.A. Roads. The annexation and any necessary improvements to these offsite roads should be addressed during the development process. Drainage: 1. This proposed development does not appear to directly impact any County drainage infrastructure. 2. Drainage areas within the proposed development that contribute runoff to adjacent properties within unincorporated El Paso County shall maintain pre-development stormwater runoff rates. -- Jeff Rice - 719-520-7877 |
