It is likely that this is going to be approved with a condition that indicates that the approval only constitutes Phase 1 and the SIA and collateral posted will only reflect Phase 1. We cannot approve construction drawings for improvements that are not collateralized. So please make sure that all documentation reflects Phase 1 only. Please review County Attorney comments and PCD Engineering comments and contact me if you have any questions. We may need to have another meeting to make sure we are all on the same page.
