1. It appears the address submitted is for the school. The T-Mobile location is not being mounted on the roof so the existing address in the location indicated on site plan C-101 will need to be 523 Widefield Drive. When submitting plans to Regional Building Department, please use the existing permit on record with RBD at this address. Search permit history prior to submitting. 2. No further comment.
