Traffic/Transportation:
1. Previous comments have been issued on Cordera projects regarding the Cordera development’s traffic impacts and potential improvements to Old Ranch Road, Milam Road and Howells Road.
2. A traffic impact study and construction drawings identifying any necessary improvements to County roads are required.
3. Unless an agreement between the City and County is in place prior to construction in County rights-of-way, work-in-the-right-of-way permits are required for any construction on the roads mentioned above.
4. A draft IGA is in negotiations between the County and the City for the City to take over maintenance of Old Ranch Road between Howells and Milam. Please verify the timeline for anticipated approval of the IGA prior to any construction and access to Old Ranch.

Drainage:
1. This project does not appear to directly impact any County drainage infrastructure.
