Upon review of the determination letter the PCD Director pointed out that you have not included within the request which parcel specifically you own and which parcel you want to put the recreation facility on. While we believe we know which parcels you are thinking of, it should be specified. Additionally, the Director wanted to make sure you were aware that you would be required to combine the parcels together in order for the new structure to be considered accessory.
