Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan at 7545 Falcon Market Place, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The site plan on page C2.0 shows a trash enclosure, but no elevations are provided. If this enclosure is over 7 feet in height, then it will require a separate address and permit. If needed, this address will be assigned at the time of plan review.

Please ensure the gas service line will have 3' clearance from trees.

Ensure the gas meter has 3' radial separation from operable windows, doors and sources of ignition. Provide building elevations and show the location of the gas meter.

Coordinate with CSU field engineering on final location of the gas meter and routing of the gas service line. Field engineer: Nate DeKock, 719-668-7858, ndekock@csu.org
