1. With existing lots 2 & 4 being combined into 1 lot, Enumerations is okay with the combined lot taking the address 8155 Poco Road for proposed lot 3A.
2. Apply the addresses to the plat parallel to the street they are assigned from, as close to the edge of the lot as possible.
3. FINAL PLAT:
A. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to plat for address placement, street names, and title block.
B. No platting fee applies to this plat.
C. A copy of the final recorded plat is required prior to plan submittal for RESIDENTIAL. Amy@pprbd.org
*New standard comment*: All mylar reviews will be reviewed via “pdf”. The mylar will be stamped by Enumerations for accuracy and returned to the applicant and the planner. All payments to be mailed to RBD via a check or credit card payment over the phone. Plats should not be recorded prior to Enumerations receiving payment. If you would like an in person review, you will have to make an appointment on our website.

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Sunrise Meadow Subdivision Filing No. 2, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The existing addresses of 8125 and 8155 Poco Rd. will not change with this replat. The addresses do need to appear on the plat in the appropriate locations.
2. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to recorded as per the usual procedure. There will be no Enumerations fee due at the time of review since all addresses are existing.

The District is requesting fees in lieu of land dedication per the existing El Paso County Code for any additional residential units that may be constructed as a result of the actions requested in the Sunrise Meadow Subdivision.
