At this time, EPC is unable to determine water sufficiency for dependability. Water resources and wastewater disposal reports do not adequately explain what will be required to service the property. Please provide more information regarding conveyance to the property. If there will be additional off-site construction of infrastructure to provide service to the site, a determination of 1041 applicability may be required for off site improvements, in addition to additional review of standalone utility plans. 3/19/2021 10:06:10 AM

1. Rio Lane should not be running east/west and then north/south. Pick a new street name. Is there a long term proposal for this area?
2. What is the reason for adding in Commonwealth Street? It is proposed to connect further west?
3. Is existing home 12445 Rio Lane is to be removed? If so, a wrecking permit will need to be in place prior to any plan submittal being approved in the Enumerations department.

STANDARD ENUMERATIONS COMMENTS-DEVELOPMENT PLAN:

1. For assignment of addressing for lots and tracts, place (xxx) where they are intended to be utilized. Lot marker placement to be front door.

2. Provide a 100 scale copy or larger of the entire APPROVED development to this department so that addressing can be assigned. Once received, the DP will be placed on a list to be addressed.

3. An email from El Paso/Teller County 9-1-1 Authority, reserving the street name is required to be emailed to the Enumerations department. Amy@pprbd.org
