Lighting plan comments attached. Note the following: Chemical building south side: Per LDC Sec. 6.2.3(B)(1)(d), lighting levels cannot exceed 10 foot candles except in loading and unloading platforms. SE corner of development area: Per LDC Sec. 6.2.3(B)(2), max height of freestanding fixtures is 15 ft. Two options to address would be: 1. Revise lighting plan to meet above Code requirements 2. Include alternative lighting request in letter of intent if there is another regulatory agency requiring the lighting to be as proposed, pursuant to LDC Sec. 6.2.3(E). |
