How tall is the fencing around the grease interceptor and the trash enclosure for the dumpster? If over 7’1 an address and permit will be issued.
No further comment.

Falcon Highlands Metro
11/19/2020 3:56:42 PM
On behalf of the Falcon Highlands Metropolitan District:

- Sewer and water service lines should be separated by a minimum of 10 feet (horizontally).
- Sewer service line can be run further south before heading east in order to provide more separation from the water service line.
- The water service line may still cross the sewer service line that runs south out of the exterior grease interceptor.
- Water meter shall be located inside the facility, not in an exterior meter pit as shown on CU-101.
- Dual cleanouts will be needed on the sewer service line in the same locations depicting single cleanouts.
- Provide a detail of the grease interceptor that shows all required venting. Contact Ryan Mangino (rmangino@jdshydro.com) to obtain the correct grease interceptor detail.
