Falcon Highlands Metro
11/19/2020 3:56:42 PM |
On behalf of the Falcon Highlands Metropolitan District: - Sewer and water service lines should be separated by a minimum of 10 feet (horizontally). - Sewer service line can be run further south before heading east in order to provide more separation from the water service line. - The water service line may still cross the sewer service line that runs south out of the exterior grease interceptor. - Water meter shall be located inside the facility, not in an exterior meter pit as shown on CU-101. - Dual cleanouts will be needed on the sewer service line in the same locations depicting single cleanouts. - Provide a detail of the grease interceptor that shows all required venting. Contact Ryan Mangino (rmangino@jdshydro.com) to obtain the correct grease interceptor detail. |
