Dear Ms. Flynn, The County Engineer and County Attorney’s Office are in the process of completing an IGA with the Town of Monument to annex Baptist Road from I-25 through the round-a-bout , and the southern portion of Woodcarver Road. Until that occurs, the County's criteria (ECM & DCM) are applicable and an access permit would be required to access a County Roadway. A deviation for access spacing would also be required. |

Review 1: 1. No drainage comments. Runoff is conveyed into the offsite FSD pond constructed with the overall Falcon Commerce Center. The offsite FSD pond is designed to over detain to maintain a developed flow that is equal to or less than existing condition. 2. No transportation comments. It is staff's understanding that an IGA with the Town of Monument is being drafted to include annexation of Woodcarver Road, and a portion of Baptist Road for the overall Falcon Commerce Center.
