11/9/20 - Disapproved new rear yard replacement deck (512 SF; 32x16) of which 240 SF is covered by existing pergola. New replacement deck is 22 SF larger in area than original deck. Original deck was 18 inches in height, therefore excluded from lot coverage computation. New replacement deck's average height is 2-3 feet and must be included in lot coverage computation. New replacement deck exceeds maximum allowed lot coverage.
