Regarding a request for approval of a special use at 13335 Trail Boss Ct., Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Since this appears to be proposed as a second residence rather than a guest house, the new residence will require a separate address. Based on the location shown on the included site plan, Enumerations has assigned the preliminary address of 13331 Trail Boss Ct. to this new residence. This address should be used when submitting building plans for permit.

- Please include the following statement on drainage: "The proposed development's land disturbance is less than one acre and will not adversely affect adjacent or downstream drainage."

Upper Black Squirrel Creek GWMD

The Upper Black Squirrel Creek GWMD does allow 2 homes on one well. However, the applicant needs to be aware that for Corral Ranches Filing 8 they are only allowed 1 acre-foot and that has to be shared between both homes, they are only allowed 1800 sq. feet or irrigation and they are required to have a meter installed.
