The Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District No. 1 (the District) has reviewed the proposed condominium plat and associated documentation. In its current state, if condominiumization is to occur, the development would not meet compliance with District Rules and Regulations regarding condominiums. The current structures would need modification of internal plumbing such that “each and every condominium shall have an individual meter and/or shut off valve, as determined by the District, housed in a mechanical room, except that more than one meter/shut off valve may be housed in a single mechanical room”. In addition, each newly created unit is required to pay a tap fee. The District requests that the applicant provide plan modifications that would achieve compliance with the Districts rules and regulations.
