STANDARD ENUMERATIONS COMMENTS-FINAL PLAT:

1. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to plat for address placement, street names and title block.
2. A copy of the final recorded plat is required prior to approval in the Enumerations department on any COMMERCIAL plan submittal. Amy@pprbd.org
3. No plat fees apply.

Standard final plat comments still apply, but with RBD being closed, there are a few new changes to Enumerations review of the Mylar. Please, send a pdf of the final plat document (intended plat of record) to the Enumerations reviewer that reviewed the project. We will then check the mylar for the normal things we look at on a plat, address, street names, title block and floodplain statement. Then we will stamp off on that document with an RBD check stamp, if all is accurate. This will be our copy of record that we plan to see once the document is recorded, minus a few signatures on the main sheet. Please contact your reviewer in Enumerations for instruction on payment.

1. It appears project is for a replat to combine lots 4A and 2A to just one lot 2B
2. No permit history for 3966 S Clear View Loop, okay to keep 3982 Clear View Drive as the address for proposed lot 2B
3. Water Treatment building at 4685 Clear View Drive on lot 3A has a voided permit B49889 no final permit. Does this lot use both addresses 3950 S Clear View Loop & 4685 Clear view Drive? The voided permit is for onsite & offsite underground water treatment & disposal system. Is this existing? Is this to be located on the new proposed Lot 2B. If both addresses are in use on existing lot 3A then both addresses need to be on the plat.
4. Intent letter states that this is to be a tract but the exhibit shows a lot. Please clarify.
5. 3982& 3998 S Clear View Loop is vacant per El Paso County Assessors and has no permit history
