This is a cursory review, as noted by the PCD comments on the site plan Please "indicate project location/suite on the site plan". PCD Engineering will complete the review pending this comment. - No driveway access permit on file for the parcel. The Accessor's page indicates original construction was 1984, a permit is required to memorialize the access from the county street. The permit can be applied for on the EDARP website under the "Initiate a minor permit" link. Please acquire this permit, and indicate this for the re-review.
