Per email correspondence with the engineering manager, please include a 2021 Financial Assurance Estimate (FAE) with the resubmittal. This FAE will need to include items in section 1 for temp and construction BMP's. All access points require an access permit. Please apply for driveway access permits on the EDARP website under the "initiate a minor permit" link. Separate correspondence will be provided if any requirements for the golf cart crossing is needed. 1. The address to the clubhouse is 15270 Allen Ranch Road. 2. If the gas line is running from the clubhouse and does not need a separate meter then you do not need to contact Enumerations for a new address. Please clarify if there will be a new meter for the gas line to the grill. Amy Vanderbeek Enumerations Plans Examiner Pikes Peak Regional Building Department O: 719-327-2930 |

Review comments provided by: Jack Patton jackpatton@elpasoco.com (719) 520-7951 - There is not enough information in the submittal for engineering to review this project at this time. Please discuss with the project manager as to what needs to be provided by the applicant. Due to the missing information, the resubmittal will be treated as a first review. |
