Planning Division has the following comment on the landscape plan: Per previous comment: Request for alternative landscape with relation to internal landscape requirements may be needed. Please review LDC Sec. 6.2.2.A.4 and determine if an argument for alternative landscaping is needed. If so, please include justification on the landscape plan and in the letter of intent. This plan indicated 22 internal trees needed to meet requirement; however, none have been provided on the plan. 1/4/2022 3:44:09 PM

1. Once the area is proposed to develop, the access road and address to the MVEA substation must change. The currently assigned address is 9167 Mohawk Road.
2. I permanent sign at the corner of Mohawk Road where is dead ends to the north, with the address to the substation will be required to be posted, pointing in the direction of the access road to the substation.
3. The address to the control building and above ground water tank will have separate addresses. Will these be built with the substation project at this time? Contact Enumerations if addresses are needed at this time. Amy Vanderbeek amy@pprbd.org
4. If the fencing does not exceed 7’, then an address and separate permit will not be required.
