The letter of intent should address the review criteria for a rezone, and should list policies and goals from each of the following: El Paso County Policy Plan, The Tri-Lakes Comprehensive Plan, and the El Paso County Water Master Plan. In 2004-2005 a +/- 0.56 acre piece was illegally divided from the 78.22 parent parcel and quit claim deeded to the property owner of 18515 Cloven Hoof Drive (7109000101). It appears that it was combined for tax purposes with their other parcel zoned RR-0.5. 12/20/2020 9:45:50 PM
