- Description
- 1260 sq ' pole barn. Metal siding, clear roof on south side for growing plant nursery with multiple large windows. Loft area to have shed roof for water catchment system. One large garage door at rear, one double door on North side, one 36" exterior grade door for front entrance. We are starting a tree nursery. Store all related equipment and tools related to the nursery management. Loft area for additional storage. Cold space. No Plumbing. 30'X30'. A minimum of 600sq' used for actual seeding tiered space. Items to be stored will be potting mixes, cases of biodegradable pots, seedling bags, multiple large tables on wheels for propagating, hand tools, water barrels, hoses, wheel barrels, property carts, small trailer for container irrigation. We hope to grow green giants and other rare ornamentals. We will have no employees or sales to the public.
