Per Land Development Code Section a veterinary hospital requires a special use to be located in the CR (Commercial Regional) zoning district. This COM site plan would have still been required in addition to the special use so there is no waste of effort or application fee; however, the COM cannot be approved until such time the special use is approved to allow the proposed use in the zoning district. | 8/21/2020 5:17:34 PM |
