Site plan cannot be approved until after Tower removal agreement and collateral is received. We will hold approval until this is taken care of. No further Planning Comments on the Site Plan. 10/16/2020 2:39:51 PM

Repeat Comment: The Land Development Code indicates the height of the proposed fencing shall be sufficient to fully screen the height of any equipment within the compound excluding the tower itself. The elevations show the equipment to be taller than the fence. You may need to increase the height of the fence to sufficiently screen.

Also, if the fence height goes above 7', a building permit will be needed for the fencing.

I have opened up resubmittal for the site plan and the elevations so you can increase the fence height as needed to screen the equipment. You would need to revise the fence shown on the elevations, the fence detail, and any labels showing the height of the fencing on the site plan sheets.

Repeat Comment: Site plan cannot be approved until after Tower removal agreement and collateral is received. I know you were working on this.

Site Plan -
Please remove the label "special Use Map" on Page 1

Please remove the elevation sheet from the site plan set.

The Elevation sheet should only include Sheet Z3. Please removal all other sheets and re-upload.

The elevations show the equipment to be taller than the fence. You may need to increase the height of the fence to sufficiently screen.

Regarding a request for approval of a new monopine cellular installation, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. A separate address will need to be assigned for this installation. Both the monopine and the equipment for the first carrier to install equipment will share this address. Installations from subsequent carriers will be assigned separate addresses.
2. Based on the location shown on the site plan, all addresses will be assigned from Happy Landing Dr.
