Creation Date: 20DEC1971 BK 2456, PG 357 (PER GIS). 6/24/2020 RESIDENCE - Disapproved new SFD with attached garage (787 SF), covered front porch (93 SF). 1) Requires a copy of a self recorded affidavit for either an Accessory Living Quarters Compliance Affidavit for temporary occupancy or detached Accessory Living Quarters Compliance affidavit for permanent occupancy (which requires a Special Use permit - applicant would need to contact the Planner-of-the-Day on duty) to convert existing SFD. 2) Incomplete BESQCP Application & Permit form. Applicant will need to resubmit this application with the 3rd page of the form signed and dated. 3) Note: no second stove connections, second stove, or second kitchen allowed in new SFD without a copy of a self recorded Second Kitchen Compliance Affidavit on file with EPC PCD.
