In addition, water and sewer tap fees and a water development fee will need to paid for the new accessory living quarters prior to requesting service. Letter of Intent: Due to the lot size and amount of Chatfield Dr. frontage no additional driveways will be allowed for this building. Please indicate this in the letter of intent.
Site Plan Drawing: Please show Chatfield Drive and show the distance from the Chatfield drive right-of-way, the side, and back property lines for the proposed building. Also, add a note on the plan indicating no driveways will be constructed with the proposed building.
Vicinity Map, please do not indicate the access to the Doctor's office on the back of this property as an alley. Please call it out as a private access for that office building.
