Regarding a request for approval of a special use, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The Assessors’ site shows the address of this parcel as 19840 El Valle View, but the existing residence was permitted as 7895 Indian Village Heights. If the applicant wishes, we can request that the Assessors’ office update their records to show the Indian Village Heights address.
2. The proposed garage will require a separate address to use when submitting building plans. The applicant should use the address of 7889 Indian Village Heights.
3. Enumerations has no objections to the special use.
