Per LDC Sec. 5.6.7, please provide a copy of existing well and septic permits that indicate ability to service two dwellings on the property. If existing permits are not available or do not provide for service to two units, you will need to provide updated permits. For the septic permit, a soils test demonstrating sufficient area for the onsite wastewater treatment system and a private well to be installed meeting all internal and external lot minimum horizontal setback requirements will need to be provided to meet the requirement. | 6/8/2020 2:08:34 PM |
