6/4/2020 7:34:53 AM 		Photometric plan shows light spillage onto Austin Bluffs Pkwy. Property immediately to the southwest may be impacted by the potential light spillage. As these are residential properties, it is recommended that this light spillage be mitigated to reduce light levels to no greater than 0.1 foot candles at the property line where adjacent to public right-of-way and residential properties. 6/4/2020 7:34:53 AM

Drainage:
- No comments on this project specifically; however, continued City development within the upper Templeton Gap drainage basin will exacerbate drainage issues in the Park Vista area (Siferd Blvd./Date Street) which should be annexed by the City.
