Finance Office: On the revised financial plan, The effect on SOT begins in 2022 – would reduce EPC’s SOT collections by approximately $2,998 in the first year, $10,535 in 2023, and growing to $67,952 when fully built out in 2030. This is offset by approximately $30,721 in property tax collections in 2022, $107,979 in 2023, increasing to $702,153 when fully built out in 2030.
