1. Secondary addressing provided is for Residential (101, 102, 103 etc). Please update the plans to show the correct type of secondary addressing (i. e. 100, 110, 120). We suggest jumping by 8 due to the number of suites, suite numbers in the 200 series are used for the second floor of a multi-level building.
2. Storage area’s do not require a separate suite number unless they are owned by an individual tenant. Will the storage areas be used by multiple tenants or the owner of the building? If owned by an individual tenant then a separate suite number will be needed and suite numbering on the floor plan and Development Plan will need to be updated according to the Commercial secondary addressing guide.
3. Please, prior to submitting any plans be sure to send to Enumerations for our review. It will speed up the review process.
4. Wrecking permit for 8130 Cessna Drive has yet to be issued. Please keep in mind, plans will not be approved by Enumerations until the wrecking permit is issued.

1. Intent letter states there will be 10-bays in the building; however the plans show there are 9-bays. Please clarify on the plans or intent letter.
2. There appears to be no permit history for 8140 Cessna Drive. The building can use the address of 8140 Cessna Drive; however, the separate hangars will need a suite number based on our Secondary Addressing for commercial projects. See Secondary Addressing Guide which can be found here: https://www.pprbd.org/File/Resources/Downloads/Addressing/SECONDARY_ADDRESS_REQUEST_FORM.pdf
3. Please send us the secondary addressing before submittal of the plans so we can approve prior to plan submittal.
4. If the existing building 8150 Cessna Drive is removed, a wrecking permit will need to be issued before the plan can be approved by Enumerations.
5. We show a permit history for 8130 Cessna Drive, this building will also need a wrecking permit issued before the plans for the new hangar can be approved.
6. Trash enclosure is under 7’ in height and will not require a separate address or permit.
