1. Intent letter states there will be 10-bays in the building; however the plans show there are 9-bays. Please clarify on the plans or intent letter.
2. There appears to be no permit history for 8140 Cessna Drive. The building can use the address of 8140 Cessna Drive; however, the separate hangars will need a suite number based on our Secondary Addressing for commercial projects. See Secondary Addressing Guide which can be found here: https://www.pprbd.org/File/Resources/Downloads/Addressing/SECONDARY_ADDRESS_REQUEST_FORM.pdf
3. Please send us the secondary addressing before submittal of the plans so we can approve prior to plan submittal.
4. If the existing building 8150 Cessna Drive is removed, a wrecking permit will need to be issued before the plan can be approved by Enumerations.
5. We show a permit history for 8130 Cessna Drive, this building will also need a wrecking permit issued before the plans for the new hangar can be approved.
6. Trash enclosure is under 7’ in height and will not require a separate address or permit.
