Review I Comments: - Access drive and emergency vehicle turnaround needs to be added to the site plan. - Access permits are required for all driveways to the property (two on Wissler Ranch Rd. and one on Wavy Oak Dr.), can be applied for at https://epcdevplanreview.com/ under the "Initiate a minor access permit" link. - Must clarify if the new cistern will be above/below ground. If burying the new cistern (the existing cistern appears to be underground), the amount of excavation will require an Erosion and Stormwater Quailty Control Permit and Stormwater Management Plan per ECM 5.6.2.
