Please refer to PPR1931 (the approved site development plan for the tower) It indicated opaque wood fencing around the compound to fully screen equipment inside. This collocate request depicts chainlink fencing which does not provide screening compliant with the land development code. Please revise drawing to match the fencing material that was approved on the site development plan. Please note that the fence height shall be sufficient to fully screen the interior equipment. A 7' tall fence was shown on the approved site plan. An 8' tall fence is now proposed. If the fencing is to be greater than 7' tall, a building permit from Pike's Peak Regional Building shall be required.

1. The intent letter has the address of 5401 Fountain Valley School Road. This address is for a home on this parcel and will not be used for service for this project.
6615 and 6155 Goldfiled Road are used on another sheet for this application, these address will also not be used for this application.
2. Base from the vicinity map the site will have a Goldfield Drive address. 6250 Goldfield Road. Use this address when apply for permit with Regional Building Department.
