Application - Existing bond on file is dated August 1, 2013. Bond number BLNA058388. Bond in the amount of $170,000 with no reference to height or scope of tower. Cost analysis for removal is not signed and sealed by registered professional engineer. The bond covers costs for removal of two towers on Hodgen Rd. Please provide a revised removal cost estimate that is signed and sealed by a registered professional engineer and specific to this particular tower. If the cost to remove exceeds that which the County has on file in the original bond, a new removal agreement and bond will be required. - Need correct box checked (CMRS Co-Location Agreement) and owner signature Lease Agreement - Include exhibits referenced (Legal description). Site plan - Add File Number. (TWR-20-01) to documents and on face of Site Plan. |

-No access permit on file for the property. The tower was built before 1972, therefore no charge for the permit. We still require that one is applied for to memorialize the site and this can be found at https://epcdevplanreview.com/ under the "Initiate a minor access permit" link. -No engineering comments on the documents submitted. 1. The access is no longer directly from Black Forest Road therefore, the address needs to change. The direct access road is Marshbern Court. AT&T address change to 7111 Marshbern & T-MOBILE address changed to 7113 Marshbern Court. Do both of these address changes go through American Tower? 2. On Pikes Peak Regional Building Department website you will find the address change form; under addressing, forms, request to change an address. This needs to be complete before Enumerations will sign off on this requested project. |
