Regarding a request for approval of administrative relief at 12930 Herring Rd. , Enumerations has the following comments: 1. Enumerations has no objection to granting the administrative relief. 2. If the building plans submitted for the proposed building include a guest house affidavit, then the new structure should use the address of 12930 B Herring Rd. If this does not qualify for guest house status, then a separate address will need to be assigned for use when submitting building plans.
