An access permit is needed for Union to connect to Milam Road.

Pursuant to a meeting held with the County and the City on 4/17/2019 please coordinate with Jennifer Irvine, County Engineer, for the timing of needed improvements to Old Ranch Road, and the transfer of ownership and maintenance of the intersection and Old Ranch Road. This issue is still outstanding please contact Jennifer to set up a follow-up meeting.

El Paso County has no issues with this PUD and plat.
