1. The address of 7776 Gary Watson Pt. has been preliminarily assigned to this lot as part of the Claremont Commercial Fil. No. 2 final plat. If the configuration of this plat changes before it is recorded, this address may change.
2. Enumerations will not sign off on any buildings plans submitted for review/permit without a copy of the final recorded plat in our records.
