Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan at 7715 Gary Watson Pt, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. The plat for this area has not yet been recorded. Enumerations will not approve any building plans submitted without a copy of the final recorded plat in our records. 2. The letter of intent appears to indicate the potential for multiple tenants in this building. If that is the case, then any building plans submitted need to show the secondary addressing for the maximum number of tenants the building can hold which follows the RBD secondary addressing guidelines available on our website.
