The letter of intent still does not justify compliance with the El Paso County Policy Plan, Water Master Plan, and the Highway 94 small area plan. I have attached a sample letter from another project to show you what we are looking for - see specifically the sections discussing the master plans and notice how they cited specific goals and/or policies and then discussed how the project complies. Compliance with the master plans is a criteria for rezoning approval so we have to make sure this gets covered. Thanks! 11/15/2020 10:11:22 PM

Letter of Intent - We do not have a small area plan for Corral Bluffs. This project is within the Highway 94 Small Area Plan. Please cite specific goals and policies from the plan and discuss how the project complies.

Thanks for notifying the three additional property owners. Please add those sheets to the original notification from first review and upload as one document. It appears that the fee that was paid for the initial review may be sufficient to cover the second review.
