Current address and permit history to the tower for AT&T is 14755 Black Forest Road. There is a small subdivision that now surrounds the tower location with a named access road. The direct access is no longer Black Forest Road. Therefore, the address to the tower service for AT&T needs to change. Change all pages of this plan to 7111 Marshbern Court. Existing bond on file is dated August 1, 2013. Bond number BLNA058388. Bond in the amount of $170,000 with no reference to height or scope of tower. Cost analysis for removal is not signed and sealed by registered professional engineer. The bond covers costs for removal of two towers on Hodgen Rd. Please provide a revised removal cost estimate that is signed and sealed by a registered professional engineer and specific to this particular tower.
