1. Previous comment not addressed: Landscaping does not provide adequate buffer between this property and the adjacent County property to the east. Parking lot should be screened from view of adjacent differing uses. Screening between properties with differing land uses shall be a minimum of three feet in height on a minimum of 2/3 of the parking lot area facing the east. 2. Note that above planning comment is advisory. PCD Planning Division has no further comments at this time. |

PCD engineering has no comments: Unincorporated El Paso County property (EPC) is upstream of the development. Stormwater runoff is conveyed to an existing regional pond within the City of Colorado Springs. No transportation/traffic comment.
