Please review the Ute Pass Comprehensive Plan to ensure consistency for your application. Here is a link to our website. I have also uloaded a copy in this comment for reference. https://assets-planningdevelopment.elpasoco.com/wp-content/uploads/ResourcesReference/MasterPlan/Ute-Pass-Comprehensive-Plan.pdf This is a long document, so you will want to focus on the following areas: Pg. 5-6 - Goals and Objectives (you do not need to list all of these as they are not all relevant to your project, but several in the Land Use and Economy categories are applicable). It may also be beneficial for you to read through Chapter 4, as it pertains to land use - specifically, you want to read through the introductions and definitions of land use types on page 19, and then take a look at the land use plan on pages 26-29 as it relates to residential and commercial land use types. |
