All other documents are acceptable as submitted.

Will the individual lot acknowledgement form be recorded against the properties? If not, where will it be filed?

The proposed alternate grading plan can be approved if the design meets the required criteria included in the EDM and DCM as well as providing for cross-lot grading, more specifically outlined as follows:

Please provide additional information on the cross sections to include the overall width of the proposed channels and required 4:1 side slope.
Reference ECM 3.3.3, Open channels.
(D). Please provide armoring at the lowest point of the channel, and show on the above cross section.
(E ). Please provide adequate documentation that the radius of curvature at the change in alignments meets this section of the criteria, or provide a suitable alternative.
(K). Please address access to the channel.

Please place a bubble on all of the areas on the CD’s to show where the and changes to plan are made including where grading will change, as well as the northern end of the pond.

Please work with Elizabeth on a document that will allow a grading and fill easement that will allow two property owners to work together, but yet possibly at different times to allow the grading at the common lot lines and the construction of walk out structures.
