Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for H&H Tire, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. According to what I can find in our records, The existing structures that are to be torn down as part of this plan are addressed as 5796 and 5796B S. Hwy 85/87. Wrecking permits for these buildings must be finalized before Enumerations will sign off on any building plans submitted for review/permit. 2. The new building can use the address of 5796 S. Hwy 85/87 and that is what should be used on any plans submitted for review/permit. Please add the following note to the site development plan: The parties responsible for this plan have familiarized themselves with all current accessibility criteria and specifications and the proposed plan reflects all site elements required by the applicable ADA design standards and guidelines as published by the United States Department of Justice. Approval of this plan by El Paso County does not assure compliance with the ADA or any regulations or guidelines enacted or promulgated under or with respect to such laws. also, please show an ADA route in the legand and show the route on the site development plan from the ada space to the front of the building. |
